From thrilling rides to live concerts and mouth-watering fair food, there’s something for everyone in the family!

Things to Do at the Fair: Rides, Games, and Concerts!

Whether you’re a daredevil ready to conquer the Titan with its 14-ticket entry or you prefer the classics like the Merry-Go-Round and Ferris Wheel, the Arizona State Fair has rides for everyone. Little ones can enjoy kiddie rides like Winky the Whale or Jumbo Flying Elephants, while the brave can tackle adrenaline-pumping attractions like the Zipper or the Joker 360.

But it’s not just about the rides! The fair also features agricultural exhibits, live entertainment, and the Coliseum Concert Series, where you can catch live performances from some of your favorite artists. You can even test your skills with the carnival games and win prizes, perfect for a day filled with smiles and excitement.

Can’t-Miss Fair Food

Ahwatukee foodies, brace yourselves! The fair is your once-a-year opportunity to indulge in the most wild and wonderful foods. From deep-fried Oreos to giant turkey legs, the Arizona State Fair is famous for its creative and delicious fair foods. Whether you’re into sweet or savory, there’s something to satisfy every craving. Just remember, calories don’t count at the fair!

Worried about how much fun is going to cost you? General admission tickets are a reasonable $15 per person, with free entry for kids 7 and under. You can skip the line by purchasing tickets online through the Arizona State Fair website, where you can print your tickets at home or get mobile passes.

For ride lovers, the unlimited ride wristbands are available for $50 on Thursdays only, from noon to 6 p.m., letting you ride to your heart’s content until 8 p.m. If you’re short on time but want to maximize your experience, grab a Fast Pass for $30 and zoom to the front of the ride lines. These are available in limited quantities, so snag yours early!

Parking at the West Lot or North Lot is $15, but if you want to save a few bucks, the Park n’ Ride at Phoenix College or the State Capitol Lot offers parking for just $2. Both locations run shuttle services every 20 minutes to drop you off right at the fairgrounds.
